The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018
The GDPR is Europe's new framework for data protection laws and is effective from May 25, 2018. The legislation is designed to "harmonise" data privacy laws across Europe as well as give greater protection and rights to individuals.

To comply with the EU GDPR (2018) you need to be made aware of the following.

The DFIA website does hold some personal data which could be used to identify you. This includes your name and email address, given when you subscribed to our e-newsletter option. The sole purpose of this is:

- to enable us to send you our occasional e-newletter with details of when Syllabuses and Results become available.

Such personal details that you gave us when you signed up will be used solely for the purposes of DFIA's e-newsletter service. They will not be used for anything else and neither will they be passed on to any third party without your explicit consent.

  • Users can request that their newsletter subscription can be deleted by Contacting our Webmaster or by clicking on the link in each e-newsletter.
